Kalispell Volkswagen is hiring a full-time Automotive Sales Product Specialist in Kalispell, Montana. The role offers an earning potential of $42,000–$75,000 annually, including bonuses and comprehensive benefits. No prior automotive sales experience required, with training provided.

You will build relationships with customers, demonstrate vehicles, and guide buyers through a no-pressure process while collaborating with the Sales Manager to reach dealership goals.

• Learn the features, technology, options and benefits of Volkswagen vehicles and our pre-owned inventory.
• Provide professional and engaging vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Stay in touch with customers before, during and after their purchase.
• Develop the skills and confidence to answer questions and work through customer concerns.
• Work closely with the Sales Manager to meet individual and dealership goals.
• Represent Kalispell VW with honesty, professionalism and a genuine desire to help people.

Previous experience in automotive sales, retail, hospitality or customer service can be helpful, but it is not required. We welcome applicants who are new to the automotive industry and ready to learn.
