Job summary

Kalispell Volkswagen in Kalispell, Montana is hiring a full-time Automotive Sales Product Specialist. No previous automotive sales experience is required as training and support are provided to help you succeed.

You will build relationships with customers, demonstrate vehicles, and work with the Sales Manager to achieve dealership goals while enjoying a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for advancement.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with customers and help them find the right new or pre-owned vehicle.
• Ask thoughtful questions, listen carefully and provide a comfortable, no-pressure car-buying experience.
• Learn the features, technology, options and benefits of Volkswagen vehicles and our pre-owned inventory.
• Provide professional and engaging vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Stay in touch with customers before, during and after their purchase.
• Develop the skills and confidence to answer questions and work through customer concerns.
• Work closely with the Sales Manager to meet individual and dealership goals.
• Represent Kalispell VW with honesty, professionalism and a genuine desire to help people.
