Job summary

Victra is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Consultant in Thousand Oaks to deliver world-class service and connect guests to Verizon products. You will execute the sales process, provide product knowledge, and create memorable in-store experiences.

You will work evenings/weekends during peak seasons, meet sales goals, and participate in NHU training. Compensation includes base hourly pay plus uncapped commission and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience, retail or sales preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.

• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.

We are proud our sales consultants earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during your first 60 days of employment. Employees in some states, as required by their state's law, will accrue and may roll-over sick time. What we're looking for …

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 10 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Training Requirements

• All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense.
• Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout your employment with Victra.
