Job summary

Victra is hiring part-time Retail Sales Consultants in Park City, KS. You will deliver world-class service, drive in-store sales, and represent Verizon products to guests.

The role emphasizes building connections, solving customer needs, and contributing to a high-energy retail environment. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year retail or customer service experience, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ year of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, peak December periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

We are proud our sales consultants earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during your first 60 days of employment. Employees in some states, as required by their state's law, will accrue and may roll-over sick time.

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 10 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Training Requirements

All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense. Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout your employment with Victra.
