Job summary

CarMax is hiring a Sales Consultant Trainee at our Greenville location. You will build genuine relationships, guide customers to the right vehicle, and participate in paid training and mentorship to grow into future leadership roles.

Responsibilities include helping customers find vehicles, guiding them through appraisals, test drives, financing, and ensuring clear, honest communication throughout the transaction. No prior experience required, with a path to mentorship and career growth.

The hourly rate for this position is: $7.75 - $20.00

Commissions: This position is eligible for commission.

Benefits: Except as otherwise required by state law, those considered part-time are eligible for sick time only in states that mandate it and amounts are accrued on a per pay period basis and range from 24 hours to unlimited based on state rules. In Washington, part-time Associates receive sick leave consistent with state law. Part-time Associates are also eligible for between 8 hours and 40 hours per year of vacation based on their length of service and subject to a 1 year waiting period.
