Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
Personal Work Habits
  • Look to find the “Win-Win” in every situation.
  • Set and monitor your goals, daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly.
  • Maintain ongoing customer relationships.
  • Attend sales meetings.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
Prospecting
  • Salesperson's primary mission is to drive business for themselves and the company.
  • Work with phone, email, and texts to provide customers with the information to make purchasing discussions.
  • Work to develop a warm lead into a hot lead and a hot lead into a sold customer.
  • Work to ensure repeat business and develop referrals from past customers.
Selling
  • Know "why people buy" and how to sell to different types of people.
  • Have knowledge of the company's sales and credit policies.
  • Build rapport and trust in person or over the phone.
  • Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge.
  • Be familiar with competitive products and comparisons.
  • Give high quality and impactful product demonstrations.
Effective Delivery
  • Follow your deals from start to finish, keeping your customer informed along the way.
  • Walk and inspect sold units prior to customer pick up.
  • Make a personal and personalized delivery of the new unit.
  • Business is built on customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Previous sales experience preferred but not required.
  • Valid Driver's License/Clean Driving Record.
  • 18 years of age with a professional appearance.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Work ethic with an upbeat, positive attitude.
Salary Range:

$39,000.00- $200,000.00+
