The Role

  1. Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and in person to generate leads and sales.
  2. Conduct tours, explain services, and guide potential clients through memberships and options.
  3. Sell memberships, packages, and wellness services, including upselling.
  4. Handle administrative duties related to sales, payments, scheduling, and cross-selling.
  5. Track sales performance and meet or exceed targets.
  6. Engage in field outreach to businesses and referral sources.
  7. Build relationships with the community to support partnerships and sales channels.
  8. Organize community events and collaborate with organizations and vendors.
  9. Coordinate and attend community events to network and promote the business.
  10. Collaborate internally on promotional strategies and campaigns.
  11. Organize studio events, workshops, and member appreciation days.
  12. Address customer retention and re-engagement strategies.
  13. Establish relationships with local companies for corporate wellness programs.
  14. Maintain a database of community contacts and partnerships.
  15. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
  16. Act as a MOOV brand ambassador and develop promotional campaigns.
  17. Develop and maintain relationships with members for renewals and referrals.
  18. Provide personalized health and wellness recommendations.
  19. Monitor industry and customer sentiment using online tools.
  20. Serve as the main contact for customers, ensuring excellent service.
  21. Engage proactively to understand needs and resolve issues.
  22. Perform service recovery and follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
  23. Collaborate with teams to improve customer experience and personalize services.
  24. Upsell and cross-sell based on customer needs.
  25. Stay updated on industry innovations and best practices.
  26. Resolve escalations promptly to retain customers.

Required Experience and Competencies

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years in marketing/sales.
  • At least 1 year in retail or hospitality.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Negotiation skills for contracts and agreements.
  • Organized, responsible, and self-managing.
  • High emotional intelligence and results-driven.
  • Ability to influence and work well in teams and individually.
