Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated, extremely personable individual to join our highly skilled sales team and represent our company’s standards with customers in Connecticut and Rhode Island. This individual will be the first impression of our company and needs to be well-manicured, polite, outgoing, and driven to help people. A quick and constant learner is needed as our product offerings are growing rapidly. The Sales Consultant is expected to communicate effectively with customers, office staff, project managers, production, and others working with them during the sales process and through installation. We will equip this individual with everything they need to be successful. We pride ourselves on creating a highly motivating, fun, energetic, and team-oriented atmosphere.

Expectations:

  1. Running qualified residential roofing leads, generated & set by the company
  2. Generating leads and building a network with our brand
  3. Completing the Klaus Larsen Roofing sales presentation at each appointment
  4. Following up with prospects after each appointment, sale and installation to nurture relationships
  5. Attending weekly sales team meetings
  6. Other duties as assigned

Helpful Skills:

  1. Sales experience
  2. Basic computer skills
  3. Knowledge of roofing, attic insulation and sealing, gutters, windows, and vinyl siding
  4. Organized with a sensible approach to meeting deadlines; adept at multitasking
  5. Adept communicator, with strong dedication to excellence in customer service and relations
  6. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, being able to ask for help when needed
  7. Self-motivated and driven by goals
  8. Valid driver license with clean driving record
  9. Physical ability to carry & climb ladders, not afraid of heights
