Qualifications

• Over 1 year automotive sales experience.
• Excellent communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers and maintain relationships.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and used vehicles at gross profit, meeting customer satisfaction and volume standards.
• Build a consistent book of business and follow up with customers to close deals.
• Utilize CRM and financing tools to provide customers with optimal purchase options.
• Collaborate with lenders to secure financing for customers.
