We’re hiring
Outside Sales Consultants to serve small-to-medium businesses (SMBs) and homeowners across Eastern North Carolina. This is a high-impact opportunity with a
locally owned, industry-leading company since 1908 that’s been delivering security, fire protection, and life safety solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect & Hunt – Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Consult & Close – Deliver customized life safety and security solutions that solve real problems
- Build Relationships – Become a trusted advisor to your clients by consistently delivering value
- Drive Growth – Achieve (and crush!) monthly sales goals while expanding our regional footprint
- Be a Brand Ambassador – Engage with your community and represent Holmes at events, meetings, and beyond
- Stay Sharp – Stay ahead of the curve with evolving technology and market trends
What You Bring
- A hunter mentality with a passion for chasing new leads and converting them into loyal clients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse business owners and decision-makers
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed expectations
- Ability to work independently while staying aligned with a collaborative team
- Strong computer and technology skills
- Familiarity with CRMs and Microsoft Office tools (or the willingness to learn)
- At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred—but if you’ve got the drive, we’ll train you!

- Valid NC Driver’s License & reliable transportation
- Must pass background check and drug screening to be licensed through the State of North Carolina
