This Sales Consultant – Center Store – Lead is responsible for managing sales strategies for Center Store Sales Consultants. It includes developing, coordinating, and evaluating activities within the assigned sales territory to ensure ongoing sales growth for the Center Store categories/brands and UNFI customers. The role involves managing growth while achieving margin targets, collaborating with Region Sales on key accounts, and acting as the Center Store category expert.
The Sales team provides high-quality, streamlined service focused on corporate initiatives. They deliver a wide variety of products to community grocers and retail chains, creating relationships based on trust, integrity, and customer satisfaction to help clients achieve their goals.
This is a hybrid role with a schedule of 3-5 days onsite per week, with travel up to 90%. Most work is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment, with some physical activity required.
