Job summary

Mattress Warehouse LLC in Chicago, IL is seeking a Sales Consultant who is bilingual in Spanish and English for a full-time role. You will help customers select mattresses using our bedMATCH system, operate tablets and mobile POS, and deliver a relaxed, high-service shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred; verbal and written fluency required.
• Ability to work retail hours including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading purchases.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting mattresses using bedMATCH.
• Utilize tablets and mobile POS to complete sales transactions.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure shopping experience focused on customer satisfaction.
• Maintain showroom floor and assist with loading mattresses into customer vehicles.

What we are looking for:

• We are looking for motivated people with the availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends. Our typical 4–5-day work week offers our Retail Sales Consultants the opportunity to work between 40 and 55 hours a week.
• Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages a plus!
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
• You will provide our customers with a relaxed, low pressure and educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through our sleep solutions.
• We use state of the art technology including tablets, mobile point of sales (POS), and our exclusive bedMatch system.
