Mattress Warehouse is hiring a Sales Consultant who is bilingual in English and Spanish. This full-time Chicago, IL role offers a compensation mix of base pay, potential commission, bonuses, and a strong 401(k) match.

You will engage customers, use our bedMATCH diagnostic system, and guide purchases with a focused sales approach. Responsibilities include assisting customers, demonstrating the bedMATCH system, loading purchases, and processing transactions via tablets and POS.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluent in both).
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Availability for evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Retail sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to use tablets and POS systems.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers in selecting mattresses and accessories with a low-pressure approach.
• Demonstrate and use bedMATCH system to tailor recommendations.
• Help load mattresses into customers' vehicles.

What we are looking for:

• We are looking for motivated people with the availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends. Our typical 4–5-day work week offers our Retail Sales Consultants the opportunity to work between 40 and 55 hours a week.
• Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages a plus!
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
• You will provide our customers with a relaxed, low pressure and educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through our sleep solutions.
• We use state of the art technology including tablets, mobile point of sales (POS), and our exclusive bedMatch system.
• A winning team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm are keys to success!
