Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is seeking motivated Retail Sales Consultants to join our New England district team in West Hartford, CT. You will use the bedMATCH diagnostic system and our proven selling process to help customers find the right mattress based on their needs.

The role requires energy, a willingness to work a retail schedule including evenings and weekends, and a focus on delivering exceptional customer care.

Qualifications

• Availability to work retail schedule including evenings, most holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Bilingual with fluency in English and Spanish or other languages a plus.
• Comfort with using tablets and POS devices to assist customers.
• Customer-focused and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses and bedding products using our store selling process and bedMATCH system.
• Assist customers, answer questions, and guide purchases to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain showroom appearance and reset floor as needed.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure shopping experience that highlights sleep solutions.

What we are looking for:

We are seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants to assist us in our continuing quest to provide exceptional service to our customers. With over 520 store locations and growing, we have been a leader in the Mattress industry for 35+ years, and we are USA family owned and operated! You will confidently sell our premium mattress/bedding products utilizing our tried and proven selling process and cutting-edge diagnostic sleep system bedMatch .

• We are looking for motivated people with the availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends. Our typical 4–5-day work week offers our Retail Sales Consultants the opportunity to work between 40 and 55 hours a week.
• Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages a plus!
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
• You will provide our customers with a relaxed, low pressure and educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through our sleep solutions.
• We use state of the art technology including tablets, mobile point of sales (POS), and our exclusive bedMatch system.
