Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Cincinnati, OH. You will guide customers through our bedMATCH diagnostic process, helping them choose the right mattress while delivering friendly, low‑pressure service.

This role requires availability on evenings, weekends and holidays; you should be able to lift up to 75 pounds and work with tablets and POS devices in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a retail schedule including evenings, most holidays, and weekends.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish or other languages is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading large purchases.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses and bedding using our bedMATCH diagnostic system.
• Assist customers with product selection and provide a low-pressure shopping experience.
• Operate tablets/POS to process purchases and load customers' purchases when needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, organized showroom.
• Participate in training and use the company’s selling process to meet sales goals.

What we are looking for:

We are seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants to assist us in our continuing quest to provide exceptional service to our customers. With over 520 store locations and growing, we have been a leader in the Mattress industry for 35+ years, and we are USA family owned and operated! You will confidently sell our premium mattress/bedding products utilizing our tried and proven selling process and cutting‑edge diagnostic sleep system bedMatch .

• We are looking for motivated people with the availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends. Our typical 4-5-day work week offers our Retail Sales Consultants the opportunity to work between 40 and 55 hours a week.
• Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages a plus!
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
• You will provide our customers with a relaxed, low pressure and educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through our sleep solutions.
• We use state of the art technology including tablets, mobile point of sales (POS), and our exclusive bedMatch system.
