Mattress Warehouse is seeking motivated Retail Sales Consultants to help customers find the perfect mattress using our exclusive bedMATCH diagnostic system. You will work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and weekends, with 40–55 hours per week on offer.

Qualifications

• Availability to work retail schedule including evenings, most holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading purchases.
• Bilingual with English and Spanish or other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting mattresses and bedding using the selling process.
• Leverage bedMatch system and tablets to guide purchases and provide a low-pressure experience.
• Provide excellent customer service and increase sales while maintaining showroom standards.
• Help load customers' purchases into their vehicles and keep showroom floor organized.

What we are looking for

We are seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants to assist us in our continuing quest to provide exceptional service to our customers. With over 520 store locations and growing, we have been a leader in the Mattress industry for 35+ years, and we are USA family owned and operated! You will confidently sell our premium mattress/bedding products utilizing our tried and proven selling process and cutting-edge diagnostic sleep system bedMatch .

• We are looking for motivated people with the availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends. Our typical 4–5-day work week offers our Retail Sales Consultants the opportunity to work between 40 and 55 hours a week.


• Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages a plus!


• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.


• You will provide our customers with a relaxed, low pressure and educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through our sleep solutions.


• We use state of the art technology including tablets, mobile point of sales (POS), and our exclusive bedMatch system.
