Role Description

The Sales Consultant role is a full-time, in-person position based in Henrico, VA. The Sales Consultant will engage with prospective and existing customers, conduct in-home consultations, and present tailored remodeling solutions that align with customer needs and budgets. Daily responsibilities include running leads, preparing agreements and proposals, and collaborating with teams to ensure project expectations are clearly communicated. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, supporting customers throughout the sales process, and contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment. Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting to effectively assess customer needs and recommend appropriate remodeling solutions.
• Candidates should possess skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to build trust, foster long-term relationships, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to present products clearly, explain project details, and collaborate with internal teams.
• Relevant qualifications include prior experience in residential or home remodeling sales, familiarity with CRM tools, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include a valid driver’s license for customer visits, the ability to work on-site full time in Henrico, VA, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to ethical, values-based selling.
