What You Will Do:

As a Sales Consultant, you will be joining a virtual team, working with motivated entrepreneurs, and helping hundreds of business owners. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their talent/recruiting needs, and providing tailored solutions by placing virtual assistants in the defined job descriptions prospects provide. You will play a crucial role in our sales team, working to expand our client base and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients' talent requirements and propose appropriate virtual assistant solutions. (During a consultative meeting). You may often need to help define the job description and ensure recruiting team understand the candidates that the prospect is seeking.

Service Presentation: Present and demonstrate our unique talent services to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of hiring virtual assistants in the various roles that WBN offers.

Closure/Pipeline Management: Close sales deals, ensuring client satisfaction with the right virtual assistant and company profitability. Matching the right remote professional with the client will be very important part of closing the deal to ensure low turnover.

Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Provide weekly pipeline update on sales performance and pipeline status. (HubSpot)

Customer Service: Provide post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years proven experience as a B2B Sales Consultant (selling to business owners) or in a similar sales role, preferably in the recruitment industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients (predominately business owners)
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools. HubSpot preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
