Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have valid New York State driver’s license.
• Strong customer-service orientation required.
• Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs, budget, and lifestyle.
• Explain vehicle features, options, pricing, and available programs.
• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, showroom traffic, and previous customers.
• Complete required training in DealerWorld and stay current on product knowledge.
• Obtain customer and vehicle information, including trade-in and payoff details.
• Assist with customer delivery paperwork and ensure a smooth delivery experience.
• Help maintain CSI/customer satisfaction standards.
• Communicate with managers, finance, and service departments to support the sales process.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and customer-ready.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
