Location: Remote (Optional in-person collaborations)

Duration: 1 year

TheSHFTApp is hiring a B2B sales consultant to develop relationships and help optimize our sales process with SMEs and enterprise-level clients. Sales consultants will be responsible for establishing relationships with prospective businesses, onboarding them to use our app, setting up demos, and closing sales.

We provide resources to ensure the success of our sales consultants. Plus, our commissions are uncapped.

Position Overview

  • High commissions on new business
  • Large lead database and clear market profile

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and results-driven mindset
  • Excellent sales skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Current or former Business Professional, Executive, B2B Sales Representative

Responsibilities

  • Provide general sales support (needs analysis, data review, product demonstrations)
  • Act as the customer advocate and liaison for product management and development
  • Prepare periodic forecasts and progress updates toward sales goals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work

Compensation

  • This role is commission-based with residual commissions for month-to-month contract renewals

This role is a contract position with the potential to become full-time.
