Job summary

Reliance Matrix in Tampa, FL is seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive group employee benefit product sales and to build a broker network within the assigned territory. You will provide service to policyholders and brokers while adhering to underwriting guidelines and contributing to office operations.

The role requires up to 50% travel, collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager, and a track record of meeting sales goals in the group benefits sector.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years previous group employee benefit sales experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50% as required by the role.
• Underwriting guidelines adherence and broker development experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales and service of Group Products to producers within the assigned territory.
• Achieve sales goals by line of business and develop brokers within territory.

Relevant Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred.Must have a minimum of 3 years previous group employee benefit sales experience. This request may be waived for exceptional candidates from outside of the of the group employee benefit industry on a case by case basis.Ability to Travel: Up to 50%The expected hiring range for this position is $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 annually for work performed in the primary location (Tampa, FL). This expected hiring range covers only base pay and excludes any other compensation components such as commissions or incentive awards. The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be based on several factors including work location, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and market conditions.
