Job summary

Mattress Warehouse in Virginia seeks a proactive Retail Sales Consultant to help customers find the right mattress using bedMatch and a proven selling process. You will operate tablets and POS, assist with loading purchases, and maintain a friendly showroom environment.

Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, dependable, and capable of working evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a willingness to learn through our paid training and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• We are seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants to provide exceptional service to customers.
• Availability to work retail hours including evenings, most holidays, and weekends is required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish or other languages is a plus and a strong interpersonal approach is expected.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants to assist us in our continuing quest to provide exceptional service to our customers. With over 520 store locations and growing, we have been a leader in the Mattress industry for 35+ years, and we are USA family owned and operated! You will confidently sell our premium mattress/bedding products utilizing our tried and proven selling process and cutting-edge diagnostic sleep system bedMatch .

Preferred Qualifications

• We are looking for motivated people with the availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends. Our typical 4-5-day work week offers our Retail Sales Consultants the opportunity to work between 40 and 55 hours a week.
• Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages a plus!
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
• You will provide our customers with a relaxed, low pressure and educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through our sleep solutions.
• We use state of the art technology including tablets, mobile point of sales (POS), and our exclusive bedMatch system.
• A winning team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm are keys to success!
• Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.
