Job summary

King Living Portland is seeking a Sales Consultant to be the heartbeat of the showroom, building real relationships, managing your own pipeline, and delivering a consultative experience that turns first-time visitors into lifelong customers. A background in premium retail or design-driven sales helps, and weekend availability is a must.

You will showcase design-led products, guide confident purchasing decisions, and collaborate with a team that values integrity and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Natural ability to connect with people and guide confident purchasing decisions.
• Solid follow-up discipline and pipeline management.

At King Living Portland, the Sales Consultant is the heartbeat of the showroom. You will build real relationships, manage your own pipeline, and deliver the kind of consultative experience that turns a first-time visitor into a lifelong customer. No pressure tactics. No scripts. Just genuine, design-led selling at its best.

A background in premium retail, furniture, interior design or a similar environment where product knowledge and relationship building drove your results — that is what we are looking for. You already understand what it means to sell something customers care about. We will take care of the rest.

What you bring:

• Experience in premium retail, furniture, interiors or a similar consultative sales environment
• A natural ability to connect with people and guide confident purchasing decisions
• Strong follow-up discipline — you manage your pipeline and convert with purpose
• A genuine eye for design and an interest in how people live
• Availability for regular weekend work is a must
• Solid intermediate computer skills
