Mossy Nissan Oceanside/Infiniti of Oceanside is seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our growing team. You will sell New and Pre-Owned vehicles and products, hitting unit volume and gross profit targets while delivering top-notch customer satisfaction.

As a commission-based role with a guaranteed base pay for non-sales time, you can achieve substantial earnings based on performance. This opportunity offers a supportive culture with training and advancement within a major California dealer

Responsibilities

• Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and plan activity.
• Build relationships with customers and guide them to pick a vehicle.
• Know product offerings, options, and aftermarket services.
• Provide high-quality demonstrations of vehicles.
• Follow up with buyers to generate referrals.
• Overcome objections and meet company, DMV, state, and federal requirements.
• Report to Sales Manager on objectives and progress.
• Bring a positive attitude and professional presentation every day.
• Close sales to maximize gross profit and accurately complete transactions.
• Follow up after sale to ensure satisfaction and future business.

Responsibilities

• Establishing daily, weekly and monthly prospecting and sales goals, prioritizing and organizing work and productive results, and utilizing time effectively.
• Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Be the vehicle expert. Know the in’s & the out’s of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology and aftermarket products and services.
• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations; complying with all company, DMV, state and federal requirements.
• Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day
• Efficiently closing sales to attain optimal gross profit; properly computing financial aspects of sales transactions.
• Consistently follow up after sales to assure client satisfaction and opportunity for additional sales and more return purchase.
