Job summary

Mattress Warehouse LLC is hiring Retail Sales Consultants. This role involves selling premium mattresses using our bedMatch system, with a focus on delivering an educational, low-pressure shopping experience. The team emphasizes profitability, growth, and community impact across 520 stores.

The position requires evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong candidates are bilingual in English/Spanish, capable of lifting 75 lbs, and comfortable with tablets and POS tech.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a retail schedule including evenings, most holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
• Bilingual English and Spanish or other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses and bedding products using our selling process and bedMatch diagnostic system.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience to improve customers' sleep solutions.
• Engage with customers to identify needs and recommend suitable products.
• Maintain showroom readiness and assist with showroom setup and loading when needed.

What we are looking for:

We are seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants to assist us in our continuing quest to provide exceptional service to our customers. With over 520 store locations and growing, we have been a leader in the Mattress industry for 35+ years, and we are USA family owned and operated! You will confidently sell our premium mattress/bedding products utilizing our tried and proven selling process and cutting-edge diagnostic sleep system bedMatch .

• We are looking for motivated people with the availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends. Our typical 4-5-day work week offers our Retail Sales Consultants the opportunity to work between 40 and 55 hours a week.
• Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages a plus!
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
• You will provide our customers with a relaxed, low pressure and educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through our sleep solutions.
• We use state of the art technology including tablets, mobile point of sales (POS), and our exclusive bedMatch system.
