Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Basic computer skills and knowledge
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients’ needs are met professionally
• Engage with clients by building relationships and understanding their needs
• Make product recommendations
• Maintain minimum sales requirements
• Multitask by juggling product production and engaging clients
• Maintain cleanliness of the Makery, including production and retail areas
• Work cohesively with a team in a fast-paced, upbeat environment, adhering to all policies and procedures
• Work five days per week, approximately 40-45 hours, depending on hourly or salary status
