We train our Sales Consultants in all aspects of the security industry, including products and services, along with performing sales functions for new and existing customers.

COMPETITIVE WAGE!

** $40,000 - $100,000 ** SALARY + MONTHLY COMMISSION PAY STRUCTURE

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and follow up with customers and providers to sell or resolve problems, answer questions, correspondence and reports
  • Contacts current and prospective customers to sell and explain services and solicitation of new business within the market area
  • Deliver SEi new business revenues against quarterly targets
  • Build and manage pipeline against quarterly targets
  • Provide transparency to all activities via weekly and monthly reports
  • Create awareness of SEi solutions by creating new clients through cold calling and other marketing initiatives. Provide accurate quotes, proposals, references and sales solutions in a timely and appropriate fashion to derive revenue/sales
  • Maintain consistent achievement of personal performance standards
  • Create and maintain account strategies and plans where relevant, as requested by the sales manager
  • Maintain sufficient activity levels to consistently ensure pipeline growth, customer satisfaction and a demonstrable commitment to personal achievement
  • Create and maintain a network of key decision-makers within an account(s) and SEi
  • Maintain to company standards, accurate and appropriate written documentation of sales projects, sales pipeline, and forecasts
  • Attend sales seminars, sales meetings or educational activities to stay up-to-date on the latest developments, trends, and regulations in the marketplace
  • Performs other work-related duties as assigned
