A leading company in motor vehicle manufacturing is seeking a Sales Consultant to join their team in Lubbock, Texas. Qualifications

  • Sales or customer service experience preferred.
  • Willingness to learn social media for sales.

Here Is What You Will Be Doing

  • Greet customers to identify their vehicle needs, and lead them through the sales process including vehicle/car selection, test drive, personalization, financing, and paperwork
  • Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new and used vehicles/cars
  • Use customer relationship management (CRM) tool to effectively track all customer interactions
  • Present customer deal structure and additional finance products
  • Follow up with customers and maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Complete all ongoing training modules to keep abreast new vehicle products, features, accessories, etc.
  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
  • Arrange for delivery and registration of vehicle.
  • Engage in business development, contacting prospects and clients via phone and email.

Here Is What You Will Need

  • Bilingual a plus
  • Ability to use or willingness to learn social media for sales by developing content creation, social media management, social listening, personal branding, and data analysis.
  • Sales or Customer Service experience is preferred
  • Strong communications skills.
  • Strong record of positive customer service results with customer focused attitude.
  • Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
  • Valid driver's license
