Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in home improvement or construction is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Run warm leads approximately 10-12 per week.
• Build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
• Negotiate and secure successful agreements.
• Attend weekly sales meetings for KPI reinforcement.

Your role will involve attracting new clients, building relationships with existing customers, and closing deals through effective communication, presentation, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Run warm leads approx. 10 - 12 per week
• Ability to work unsupervised/self-motivated
• Build rapport with customers and understand their needs
• Negotiate and secure successful agreements
• Ability to get detailed notes/checklists on consultations
• Attend weekly sales meetings (KPI Reinforcement)
• Exhibit in Company sponsored Trade/Home Shows

Qualifications

• 3+ Years of Home Improvement/Construction experience (preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable Transportation
