What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement an annual plan to meet sales targets within a designated territory
- Build and maintain a balanced pipeline of target prospects through various prospecting methods
- Qualify opportunities by understanding the target market and decision-making personas
- Establish trusted advisor relationships with prospects to foster long-term client relationships
- Utilize sales tools and systems to manage daily activities and achieve quota targets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree desired or equivalent education and/or related work experience
- Typically 3+ years of experience in a B2B complex sales cycle role required
- Proven experience in Professional Employer Organization (PEO) preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and sales opportunities simultaneously

- Experience with technology and common software applications, including MS Office and Salesforce.com
