Job summary

Mattress Warehouse in Kentucky is hiring Retail Sales Consultants to help customers find the right mattress using our bedMatch diagnostic system. You will sell premium bedding products through our proven process, delivering a relaxed, low-pressure shopping experience that emphasizes customer satisfaction.

This role requires evening and weekend availability, a high-energy team attitude, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a retail schedule including evenings, most holidays and weekends.
• Bilingual with fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset showroom floor, and assist customers with loading purchases.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattress/bedding products using our proven selling process and BedMatch system.
• Provide customers with a relaxed, low-pressure shopping experience focused on improving sleep.
• Utilize tablets, POS, and BedMatch to guide customers to the right product.
• Assist customers with loading purchases onto their vehicles.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants to assist us in our continuing quest to provide exceptional service to our customers. With over 520 store locations and growing, we have been a leader in the Mattress industry for 35+ years, and we are USA family owned and operated! You will confidently sell our premium mattress/bedding products utilizing our tried and proven selling process and cutting-edge diagnostic sleep system bedMatch.

Preferred Qualifications

• We are looking for motivated people with the availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends. Our typical 4-5-day work week offers our Retail Sales Consultants the opportunity to work between 40 and 55 hours a week.
• Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages a plus!
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
• You will provide our customers with a relaxed, low pressure and educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through our sleep solutions.
• We use state of the art technology including tablets, mobile point of sales (POS), and our exclusive bedMatch system.
• A winning team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm are keys to success!
• Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.
