Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is seeking a driven Retail Sales Consultant in Centreville, VA to help customers select premium mattresses using our bedMATCH system.

You will engage customers with a relaxed, informative shopping approach, work a 4–5 day retail schedule including evenings and weekends, and assist with loading purchases when needed. The role emphasizes energy, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a retail schedule including evenings, most holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and move showroom displays.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure and educational shopping experience.
• Experience with tablets and POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses using the bedMATCH system and assist customers in finding the right product.
• Support customers through the purchasing process and answer questions.
• Assist with loading purchases onto customers' vehicles and maintain showroom readiness.

What we are looking for:

We are seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants to assist us in our continuing quest to provide exceptional service to our customers. With over 520 store locations and growing, we have been a leader in the Mattress industry for 35+ years, and we are USA family owned and operated! You will confidently sell our premium mattress/bedding products utilizing our tried and proven selling process and cutting-edge diagnostic sleep system bedMatch .

• We are looking for motivated people with the availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends. Our typical 4–5-day work week offers our Retail Sales Consultants the opportunity to work between 40 and 55 hours a week.
• Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages a plus!
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
• You will provide our customers with a relaxed, low pressure and educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through our sleep solutions.
• We use state of the art technology including tablets, mobile point of sales (POS), and our exclusive bedMatch system.
