Job summary

Shared Practices Group is seeking a Sales Consultant (Smile Consultant) to guide patients through high-ticket dental implant decisions, typically $30K–$50K cases that restore confidence, health, and quality of life.

You will conduct consultative sales conversations with inbound and outbound leads, build trust quickly, and guide patients through financing options while presenting treatment plans and closing deals. The role runs Monday–Friday 8am–5pm.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience (inside sales, B2C, or high-ticket preferred).
• Proven ability in closing, objection handling, and pipeline management.
• Comfortable discussing financing, pricing, and payment options.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultative sales conversations with inbound and outbound leads.

• Execute consistent follow-up to convert leads into closed deals.
• Collaborate with doctors and operations teams to drive revenue.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• High-ticket sales ($10K+)
• Financing or lending experience

Compensation

• $55,000 – $65,000 base salary
• Uncapped bonus and commission opportunities
• Successful consultants typically earn $90K – $150K in total compensation
