Relocation assistance may be available, and top performers earn ambitious rewards, including an all-expenses-paid annual trip at the Billings location. Monday–Saturday shifts, with Sundays off.

Qualifications

• Proven success in a commission-based sales role strongly preferred.

Experience in RV, automotive, powersports, or retail sales is strongly preferred — but not required for people with drive, grit, and charisma.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk the dealership lot and stand for extended periods
• Bending, climbing, and stooping
• Occasionally lifting up to 20 lbsAbility to work in varying weather conditions

Compensation

• Uncapped commission structure
  • 20% of the GP on RVs
  • 25% of the GP on Marine
• Realistic first-year earnings: $85,000–$120,000+
• Top performers earn $150,000–$200,000+
• Accelerators for exceeding targets
• Bonuses for top-tier customer experience
• $4,000 a month guarantee for the 1st 4 months

Schedule

• Monday–Saturday, 9:00am–7:00pm
• Sundays off, plus one weekday off
