Bish's RV Billings is seeking a motivated RV Sales Outfitter to guide customers through selecting the right unit and accessories, building trust, and delivering memorable road trips.

You will greet customers, listen to needs, present features, manage leads in the CRM, and strive to meet monthly sales goals while growing as an RV expert in a supportive, team-driven environment. This role emphasizes relationships, problem-solving, and helping families hit the road with confidence.

Key Objectives
