Job summary

Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer in Wisconsin is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Consultant to deliver an outstanding in-store experience. You will meet customers, recommend products, and drive sales with enthusiasm.

Requirements include 1+ year of customer service, willingness to work evenings and weekends, and being 18+ with legal right to work in the United States. Training will be provided through NHU within 30 days of start.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, especially during November–December.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Proven ability to communicate with customers to find solutions.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

What You Will Be Doing

As a full-time Victra Retail Sales Consultant, you'll have the chance to control your career in one of our retail stores. Using your unique talents, passion for technology, and customer service skills, you will have the power to create the ultimate in-store experience. In this role, you will:

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolution to issues.
• Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Foster a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Assist with merchandising and operational functions.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 10 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Training Requirements

All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four‑day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense. Various online and computer‑based training will be required throughout your employment with Victra.
