Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Consultant in Durango, CO to create the best in-store experience and help customers with technology solutions.

You will strive to meet monthly sales goals, work with store leaders, and build genuine connections with guests to simplify tech. Four-day NHU training starts you on the path, with ongoing online development and benefits from health plans to tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.

What You Will Be Doing

As a full-time Victra Retail Sales Consultant, you'll have the chance to control your career in one of our retail stores. Using your unique talents, passion for technology, and customer service skills, you will have the power to create the ultimate in-store experience. In this role, you will:

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolution to issues.
• Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Foster a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Assist with merchandising and operational functions.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 10 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Training Requirements

All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four‑day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense. Various online and computer‑based training will be required throughout your employment with Victra.
