Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Sales Confirmation Specialist to support our outbound and inbound call center operations. In this critical role, you'll follow up on raw and warm leads, confirm customer interest, and schedule in-home appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Confirm and qualify incoming leads from all marketing sources (call center, canvassing, online, etc.)
  
  
• Make outbound confirmation calls to homeowners to lock in appointments
  
  
• Communicate with sales teams to coordinate scheduling and route optimization
  
  
• Update CRM systems and appointment logs accurately and efficiently
  
  
• Support call center reps and follow up on any reschedules, cancellations, or leads needing clarification
