What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute comprehensive compensation plans that align with sales objectives and growth targets

- Communicate compensation plans and changes effectively to the sales team and stakeholders

- Minimum of 4-6 years in a GTM Operations role, including Sales Compensation and Financial Analysis
- BS degree in business or finance is preferred
- Proven experience in Sales Compensation design, execution, and process improvement
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship building with key stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with and implementing compensation tools like Xactly or Salesforce SPIFF
- Strong Excel skills and SQL knowledge
- Demonstrable skills in project management
- Ability to operate independently and as part of a team
