Job summary

HomeWell Care Services is seeking an experienced Sales & Community Outreach Representative to grow our private-pay in-home care business throughout San Diego and North County. This is a commission-only position designed for someone who already has strong relationships and experience within the senior care industry.

• Track outreach and opportunities through our CRM.
• Help develop and execute strategies to increase referrals and revenue.

• Existing relationships with senior living communities, assisted living/memory care facilities, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, care managers, or other referral sources is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Strong sales and networking abilities
• Professional, personable, and comfortable representing a growing home care company

• Significant earning potential based on new business generated
