About the Role: We’re looking for experienced, motivated sales professionals to join our solar and roofing Closing Team. You’ll meet with qualified homeowners, present customized solar and/or roofing solutions, and close deals. If you’re driven, persuasive, have a proven record of high closing rates, want to create your own work schedule, and desire unlimited income potential in a booming industry, this role is for you. This role is performance-driven and compensation is commission only based on your individual performance.

What You’ll Do

• Run company-provided and self-generated appointments
• Conduct in-home or virtual consultations with homeowners
• Educate customers on the benefits of going solar and/or replacing their roof
• Build trust, handle objections, and close deals
• Create and submit contracts accurately to ensure a smooth installation

What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record in sales (solar, roofing, home improvement, alarms, pest control, etc. a BIG plus). Door-to-door experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Welcoming presence

• Self-motivated and independent
• Coachable and willing to learn and adapt to change

Compensation & Perks

• High-paying commission structure - The average solar commission is $8,500 and the average roofing commission is $3,000. The minimum expectation is to sell 3-5 projects per month. This role is performance-driven and compensation is commission only based on your individual performance.
