The Magneto Effect works with law firms and is a leading legal services organization focused on helping local law firms achieve significant growth. We’re a mission-driven, high-growth organization powered by technology and world-class talent. As part of the growth plan for our law firm clients, our leading digital advertising strategy generates hundreds of legal services client opportunities each month, booked as potential client telephone meetings for the firms we represent. Based on this success, our law firm clients are expanding and one key role is the recruitment and training of remote closers to help our law firms sign more cases from the booked meetings we generate.

Why we’re recruiting: the intake for the leads and subsequent meetings is a critical growth choke point for law firms, and that’s where our intake sales specialists come in. As a highly motivated intake sales specialist you will report into both The Magneto Effect and the law firm team you’ll be working for. You will receive in-call training and persuasion coaching through our expert sales coaching, guiding you on an ongoing basis. You will play an instrumental role in accelerating the growth of the firm you represent, working with their back-office staff and communicating with Client Intake and Operations within the firm to optimize and maximize call performance. You’ll be comfortable operating in a remote environment and focused on keeping calls on track to drive results. You thrive in a results-driven environment, using call reports and analytics to define daily success and continually raise the bar against business goals. By feeding highly motivated qualified leads for the law firm’s back-office teams, you are a trusted partner helping us maximize return from advertising spend and the relationship with our law firm clients.

What you’ll be doing and what we’re looking for are described below.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Building and evolving the intake sales role by identifying and analyzing trends or opportunities during your calls and sharing insights across the organization

  • Working with back-office staff in the law firm, communicating daily results from your calls

  • Helping drive growth by maximizing the number of leads that become clients through our in-house call frameworks and scripts

  • Logging call results and analyzing call histories to identify opportunities to optimize call efforts

  • Maintaining strong awareness of your performance and communicating it transparently to key stakeholders and leaders

What We’re Looking For
  • At least 2 years of experience in outbound sales calls, with strong results in B2C

  • A strong working knowledge of sectors such as financial services, legal services, healthcare or similar B2C industries

  • Excellent communication and ability to work with a high-performing cross-functional team

  • Experience using CRM platforms to execute campaigns that connect marketing-driven leads to sales outcomes
