Job Description

Work with the Philips Enterprise Government Team, which enables advanced solutions providing cutting-edge capabilities, and recurring efficiencies to the Veterans Administration. We provide Healthcare solutions for Imaging Systems, monitoring critical patient data, and keeping chronically ill patients in their own home. Philips aims to honor veterans with skilled, compassionate healthcare. In an effort to provide integrated care across Veterans Integrated Services Networks (VISNs), our customers will not compromise.

Your role:

  • Attainment of assigned Revenue Targets and coordinate customer interactions and strategies within assigned Gov. Facilities.

  • Educate sales Teams on trends and policies within the Gov. Facilities and contract compliance and managing funnel data and forecasting in assigned accounts.

  • Attainment of assigned Revenue Targets and development of customer relationships in assigned accounts
  • Territory requires up to 60% time spent in field.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in healthcare sales experience (government experience preferred)
  • Your skills include proven ability to make strategic and tactical business judgments and strong Clinical/Technical Product knowledge
  • You have a Bachelors Degree; MBA preferred.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.
  • You’re a strong business relationship builder and have proven ability to find creative solutions to customer and sales issues

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $222,750to$263,000annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.

Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Details about our benefits can be found here.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to the East Coast, USA.
