About the Role:
As Channel & Partnership Development Director, you will lead the strategic growth and performance of our partner ecosystem across North America. You will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, enabling, and nurturing consulting, implementation, and resale partners to drive market expansion and support our ambitious growth plans for the CCH Tagetik Corporate Performance Management (CPM) platform.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Services, Product, and global alliance teams to ensure our partners are aligned, enabled, and empowered to deliver exceptional value to customers. Your goal is to build a scalable, high-performing partner network that accelerates our presence in the North American CPM market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner Ecosystem Growth:
Develop and execute a regional channel strategy to identify, recruit, and onboard new partners (implementation, advisory, and technology alliances) aligned with key industry verticals and solution areas.

  • Partner Enablement & Activation:
Build and implement robust onboarding, training, and co-selling programs to ensure partner teams are equipped to position, sell, and implement CCH Tagetik solutions independently.

  • Go-to-Market Collaboration:
Co-develop go-to-market plans with key partners including demand generation, joint marketing campaigns, and sales alignment to drive pipeline growth and customer acquisition.

  • Performance Management:
Monitor partner performance and pipeline, establish KPIs, and drive regular QBRs to assess progress, optimize engagement, and address execution gaps.

  • Strategic Alliances & Joint Value Propositions:
Work with global alliance leadership to develop North American strategies for key partnerships (e.g., Big Four firms, global SIs), including the creation of joint solutions, services offerings, and industry plays.

  • Partner Advocacy:
Serve as the voice of the partner internally, ensuring product, pricing, marketing, and services strategies reflect the needs and opportunities of the channel.

  • Market Intelligence & Feedback Loop:
Continuously gather and share partner and market insights to inform product direction, competitive positioning, and overall partner strategy.

  • Brand Representation:
Represent CCH Tagetik at industry events, partner summits, and regional forums to expand our visibility and reinforce our value in the ecosystem.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience building and scaling indirect channel or partner programs in enterprise software (ideally in EPM/CPM, ERP, or adjacent markets).

  • Deep understanding of the partner landscape in North America — including advisory firms, SIs, VARs, and ISVs.

  • Strong business acumen and ability to influence at the executive level internally and externally.

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution and operational excellence.

  • Experience driving cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Services, and Product.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • A passion for building win-win partnerships and enabling mutual growth.

Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a Wolters Kluwer office as part of the recruitment process.
