Associate Director, Sales Channel/Affiliates & BDR’s role offers growth potential, professional development, an engaging small team environment, the ability to work a remote schedule, and benefits.
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
Tax & Accounting industry sales or relevant experience; knowledge of Tax & Accounting practices.
Ability to operate at both strategic and detailed levels; metrics-driven with a disciplined process orientation.
Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders in a teaming environment.
Proven consultative, collaborative approach; ability to engender trust and cooperation and drive for shared goals.
Strong business judgment and flexibility to manage changing conditions; ability to prioritize hard decisions.
Engaging operational style that builds credibility with staff and stakeholders.
Strong organization and multi-tasking skills; ability to manage multiple complex initiatives.
Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
7+ years of experience in Channel Sales/Channel Partner Management, Account Management, Product Management or Business Development within software/SaaS or cloud technologies.
Track record in Channel Partner Management and third-party arrangements; experience negotiating complex deals.
Excellent verbal/written communication, presentation, and networking skills; strong professional network.
Knowledge of major ERP, E-commerce and POS products; significant technical knowledge.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; working knowledge of Salesforce.com or other CRM.
