Overview

Job Opening: Sales Role

Location: Chennai
Work Type: Work from Home (WFH)
Travel: Requires local travel within Jaipur and occasional outstation visits (all travel will be managed by the company)

Responsibilities
  • Promote educational programs and generate leads through various channels
  • Counsel prospective students and parents via phone, email, and in-person meetings
  • Conduct follow-ups to convert leads into enrollments
  • Represent the institution during local marketing activities, seminars, and events
  • Build and maintain relationships with schools, coaching centers, and local partners
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status using the CRM system
  • Achieve weekly/monthly sales and enrollment targets
  • Stay informed about programs, admission criteria, and competitor offerings
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Willingness to travel locally and occasionally outstation (expenses covered by the company)
