Qualifications

• Must be Freshman or Sophomore pursuing education in business, marketing, finance, risk management or insurance related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Ideal candidate has genuine interest in the insurance industry.
• Comfort with technology including Teams and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Transportation, Risk Management, and Employee Benefits to learn the practices of our teams.
• Interact with clients, understand their needs, and contribute to tailored insurance solutions.
• Meet project deadlines and organize work with leaders.
• Assist in maintaining client records, data, and reporting.
