United Talent Staffing is seeking a motivated Sales Broker / Grocery Sales Representative to develop customer relationships and drive sales within grocery and food service.

The ideal candidate will have strong sales and communication skills, experience in retail or food distribution, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, grocery retail, merchandising, food distribution, or a related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to develop relationships and identify opportunities to increase sales.

Responsabilités

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the grocery and food service industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, buyers, and existing customers.
• Secure new product placements, displays, and promotional opportunities.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and tastings to increase customer interest and sales.
• Execute promotional programs, temporary price reductions (TPRs), rollbacks, and merchandising initiatives.
• Ensure products are properly stocked, displayed, and positioned according to store standards and planograms.
• Manage customer accounts, follow up on orders, and address customer inquiries.
• Coordinate inventory needs and assist with order processing.
• Collect and submit customer payments to accounting when applicable.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed established goals.
• Monitor product performance, identify sales opportunities, and provide regular updates.

Pay: $750 Weekly Guaranteed Base + $100 Weekly Gas Allowance

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have strong sales and communication skills, experience in retail or food distribution, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the grocery and food service industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, buyers, and existing customers.

• Familiarity with CRM systems, order processing, and inventory tracking tools preferred.
• Ability to read and follow store planograms; training will be provided as needed.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must have a smartphone with internet access.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, and lift boxes weighing up to 30–50 pounds.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple customer accounts independently.

Compensation & Schedule

• Guaranteed Base Pay: $750 per week
• Gas Allowance: $100 per week
• Day shift schedule
• Field-based position requiring regular travel to customer locations
