Independent Sales Broker – Alternative Health Care Market

Industry: Health Tech / Alternative Wellness / Subscription Services

We are a fast-growing web-based subscription service platform designed to empower alternative health care professionals, connect them with conscious consumers, and premium supplements and wellness products. With an established and growing network of professionals across the country, our mission is to support and elevate holistic care through connection, collaboration and education.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a driven, connected, and self-motivated Independent Sales Broker to expand our reach within the alternative health and wellness space. As a key partner, you’ll be responsible for growing our user base by engaging new practitioners and leveraging Your extensive existing list of engaged professionals.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the dynamics of the wellness industry, has experience selling to practitioners, and thrives in a commission-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage and onboard alternative health care professionals (e.g., naturopaths, chiropractors, functional medicine practitioners, integrative health coaches, etc) onto the platform.
  • Utilize your existing client lists and build new relationships through strategic outreach.
  • Educate prospects on the platform’s benefits, including tools for client engagement, supplement dispensing, and collaboration opportunities.
  • Track outreach activity, sales progress, and account status.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams to help improve platform features and user experience.
  • Represent the brand professionally and passionately in all interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven success in independent sales, business development, or broker roles (health or wellness sector preferred).
  • Strong understanding of the alternative and integrative health care space.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage and prioritize your own leads and schedule.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable presenting a digital product/service.
  • Existing relationships with health professionals are a must.

Compensation:

  • Commission-based with possible performance bonuses.
  • No cap on earnings — the more you grow the network, the more you earn.
  • Flexible schedule and remote work.
