Aunt Millie’s is seeking a Sales Supervisor in Michigan to lead a team of 4–8 sales associates, train and mentor, and act as ambassadors for the Aunt Millie’s brand. Compensation is $60,000–$65,000 annually.

Responsibilities include managing accounts, delivering and selling, stocking shelves, planning orders, using an iPad to map routes, and pursuing additional business opportunities while upholding safety and DOT requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be a great driver with a valid driver's license and ability to pass a 3 year driving history background check.
• Must pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical.
• Must pass a drug screening.
• DOT background checks and a clean driving record within 3 years.

As a Sales Branch Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for a team of 4 to 8 sales associates. That means providing training, performance reviews, and ongoing mentorship. The sales team functions as ambassadors for the Aunt Millie’s brand and you’ll be a steward of that.
